PAYMENT TERMS:
Total agreed upon by Client and Photos-R-Fun is .
Photos-R-Fun photo booths will hold a reservation for the Clients event until 14 days after the Order Date. Client will return a signed and completed copy of this contract along with a deposit equal to 25% of the above agreed amount within 14 days. Agreements received after14 days from the order date are subject to availability. The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the date of the event. Overtime requests may be made in half hour increments at a cost of $50.00. Payment is due then. All Checks should be made payable to Photos-R-Fun. Client represents that flat, roll up access is available to the desired set up location. Provisions: Photos-R-Fun requires access to the set up area 2 hours prior to the schedule start time and 1 hour after the conclusion of our service, for set up and take down. Client responsible for providing a 8 foot rectangular table to hold the props and a smaller table for the scrape book area. Client will provide Photos-R-Fun attendants with dinner. Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of the signing of this contract or failure to comply with any provision. Liability: This agreement and the contents hereof represents the only warranties, express or implied, between the parties, including any implied warranty, fitness or any other obligation or liability on the part of Photos-R-Fun. Photos-R-Fun shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage directly or consequently arising from the use or inability to use the photo booth whether used singularly or in conjunction with any other equipment or service. Client indemnifies Photos-R-Fun against, and holds harmless from all claims, actions, arising connected with, or resulting from the use or intended use of the photos-R-Fun photo booths. Photos-R-Fun will be held harmless from any loss factual or preceived due to the malfunction of any equipment associated with the operation here within expressed or implied. Photos-R-Fun will be held harmless and without any liability due to the delayed start or the non operation of its equipment due to traffic, weather conditions or any unforseen circum stances within or beyond its control whether mechanically or operator initiated, caused, or otherwise party to. Photos-R-Fun is the sole owner of all Pictures and images captured by the photo booth at this event and may use any and all images for promotional or any use it sees fit. Retain copy of this agreement for your records, sign 1 copy sign 1 copy below and return it along with your deposit within 14 days.
