Do we sub-contract (out source) other Photo Booth Companies?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! NEVER EVER! When you hire Photos-R-Fun, you will have two professional attendants at your event. Party rental is what we have done for the last 6 years.

What does the Photo Booth look like?
Our Photo Booths are professionally made and are one solid unit. It is not a bunch of cheap components velcroed together. They look like the classic arcade photo booth you would see in the amusement park. Your friends and family will love the nostalgic look and feel of our photo booths. What background colors can I choose from?
We have several colors to choose from: White, Blue, Red, Pink, Yellow Gray or Black.
We found that these backgrounds colors work best. If you have a special request please let us
know and we will work with you. We do however strongly suggest a white background.

How fast do the photos print out?
After a session is over the printer will start printing immediately. It takes about 8-10 seconds to print your picture that will last a lifetime.

Are the photos of high quality?
Yes. The combination of our state of the art computer, printer, and digital camera Photos-R-Fun photo booths provides you with the highest quality photos that are clear and vibrant with natural tones. All prints have matte finish and will last forever.

How large is the Photo Booth?
The Photo Booth is approximately 3 feet wide x 5 feet long and its 6 Vi feet tall. The photo booth will take up approximately 3 '/2" by 5 Vz" of floor space. Our expanded Booth is only 2 feet longer (3 feet wide by 7 feet long and it is 6 !4 feet tall) than the Classic Booth and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Are there limitations as to where the photo booth can be set-up?
No! Our custom Photos-R-Fun Photo Booth can be set up just about anywhere. Ideally we would like to be right next to a power outlet. When we arrive before your event starts, we will get together with your contact person at your venue and pick the best location. As this is a professional quality Classic Photo Booth, it is rather heavy. All we ask is that you have us on a hard surface. Outside is okay.

Can the photo booth be set up outside?
Yes, if there is a shelter provided such as a tent or cover. Without shelter, the elements could lessen the quality of the photos. Keep in mind that electricity is required to run the Photos-R-Fun Photo Booth.

What is your video message option?
Our video message option is FREE OF CHARGE. During every photo taking session your guest can choose to leave you a video message of congratulations. This allows your videographer to concentrate on the fun things. No more interruptions from a microphone being passed around the tables.

How many people can fit inside the photo booth?
Our Classic Booth can fit up to 3-4 adults comfortably. Although with a little creativity, many more can be included in the pictures. 7 Drew University Freshman students is the current record. Our new "Expanded Seating Booth" can comfortable fit up to 4-6 or even up to 10 people.

Does the photo booth have a monitor so waiting guests can partake in the FUN?
Yes, we make a 23" flat screen TV available for FREE if you wish! Part of the fun of a real photo booth is that element of privacy in the booth. You may choose to not use the external TV monitor. Its your choice.

What if I want more than one copy of the same image?
Not a problem. Keep in mind an extra picture is printed for your scrapbook. If yet another copy is desired, just ask! As many strips as your would like can be printed at any session with our photo booths Free of charge.

Is the photo booth easy to use?
The photo booth is VERY easy to use. There will be an attendant standing by to help your guests. Just follow the easy instructions on the touch screen. Your pictures are taken and displayed within seconds. Prints are available outside of the booth within 10 seconds.

Will there be someone at the event to maintain the photo booth?
Yes. Two Professionally dressed Attendants will be on hand and will accompany the booth to your event. They will monitor the booth constantly to insure it's running properly. I live outside your regularly serviced area. Can we rent a photo booth from Photos-R-Fun Photo Booths Company? We pride ourselves on our "NO HIDDEN CHARGE" policy! With that in mind there are some customers that will insist on using Photos-R-Fun Photo Booths. Sometimes they are VERY FAR AWAY. If your event is over 50 miles away from zip code 10314, there may be a traveling charge. Outside of this, transportation fees are already figured into our price. It is our policy to try to NEVER to charge for traveling!!

Will you publish our photos on the Internet?
NO! Your photos are your private property. We will provide you with a flash drive containing all the videos and pictures taken at your event. It is your choice who you want to share them with. They are just for you and your friends to view and print.

When do you recommend we rent the Photos -R-fun Photo Booth?
As soon as you decide to use a Photos-R-Fun Photo Booth we encourage you to book it. A 25 % deposit is usually required with a signed contract.

Do you provide props?
Yes, we bring over 4 dozen props with every Photos-R-Fun Photo Booth rental. This includes colored hats, boas, inflatable toys, signs, etc. Every prop is sanitized after every use.

Are the props child friendly?
Yes. Children love our props. All packages have children's items (including hats) and most of the other items included in each package will fit on most kids.

Are the props clean?
Yes. We sanitize every prop after every use.

Can we supply our own props?
Yes. We encourage you to bring along any special props that your guest may enjoy taking pictures with. Props that suggest inside jokes are always fun to build your pictures with.

Can we purchase the props at our event?
Yes, you can purchase our complete prop assortment for $250. After the event you can bring the props home or distribute them to your guests. If you plan to do this, we must know 14 days prior to your party. We admit it...$250 is a lot of money BUT we use 50 first quality props. That's an average of $5 per prop. $250 is the price we pay for all the props!

How much time is needed to set up the photo booth?
One hour minimum. If there are any special requirements we may need a little more time.

Do you charge extra to set up the photo booth?
No set-up is included in the price.

Is the photo booth wheel chair accessible?
Yes, Photos-R-Fun photo booths are designed with this in mind! The entrance to the
Photo Booth is more then sufficient to accommodate any wheelchair or special need situation.

What print options do I have?
Our Classic 4 Vertical picture strip is included in our package. The only upgrade options we offer is the ability for your guest to literally email the pictures they just took directly from the photo booth or they can print 4"x6" copies of any of the 3 or 4 pictures they took. The upgrade is $99. These are our only upgrades, every other option is included in the price of our booths?

Will the photos fade over time?
The prints are fade resistant. According to Sony, the manufacturer of our printer, they are "expected to last 100 years under proper conditions."

Can we use the photo booth to help raise money for our charity, school, or church?
Yes. Please call us and we can talk to you about ways to do this. We are also open to suggestions. Remember we do offer rental discounts for school, churches and non-profits. All of our Photo Booths have dollar bill exchangers. This is mostly for the genuine look, but they are functional.

What exactly is the scrapbook included in the package?
Our scrapbook is for you to enjoy forever. At the end of the event we will give the book to you. It will be filled with Photo Strips taken at your party. Roughly 4 photos and 4 handwritten messages will fill the front and back of each page. So the book will provide roughly 150 photos and 150 personalized messages. We will guide each guest to fill out the book. We will provide everything necessary for them. The only thing we need set up in advance is a small table near the booth for the display. If you cannot provide one please let us know in advance so we can provide an alternative.

What if I need to cancel or change dates?
Because of the number of Pennsylvania Photo Booths we own, there is almost never a chance that you cannot change your date. If you need to change your date, there is a never a charge for a date change if done with at least 2 weeks notice. If you need to cancel your order entirely, any money paid as a deposit cannot be returned. We will however apply your deposit to any future date no matter when or how far out your new date may be.

What is your payment policy?
We require 25% of the total package price as a deposit. 2 weeks prior to the event the final payment is due. We accept check, money orders and all major credit cards.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

What does the person do once they are inside the photo booth?
They simply follow the on-screen instructions which entails pushing either the black & white or color button on the screen. (If you give them the choice) then watching the countdown and smiling for the camera. One of the advantages of our photo booths is that it is very user friendly.

What if there is a mechanical failure during the event?
Our on-site attendant will work as fast as possible to resolve any issues. We guarantee that our Photo Booths will be running at least 80% of the time due to any problem. This will be pro-rated and done at our discretion. Not to worry, we are professional and work fast to remedy any unforseen problem. If a major problem was to happen and another unit was needed, we are never more than a few minutes away with a replacement. This has never happened!

Can we regulate how often people visit the booth?
Yes. We will come up with a plan with you before the event, if you think that may be a problem. This is common when lots of kids are at the event, as they tend to use the photo booth a lot. Mind you, this is okay by us, but if you think it may be a problem then we can implement a "tickef'plan or something of the sort, in that way all the adults will get a fair chance at the fun.

Does a attendant come with the rental?
Yes. All packages include two on-site Attendants for the duration of the event.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.
